I'M INTERESTED IN ONE OF VELVET ROSE'S SERVICES, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

If you're interested in any of our services and would like to know more, simply get in touch using our contact form.

We will then organise a free, no commitment consultation so we can talk more about your event and how we can help. After your consultation, Aimee will put together a personalised, bespoke proposal and quotation based on your requirements.

HOW DO I SECURE MY DATE?

Once you are happy with our proposal and you would like to confirm your bespoke package with us, we require a 50% deposit to secure your event date. The remaining 50% will be due 28 days prior to your event unless otherwise agreed. We are happy to help with any queries in the lead up to your event, just drop us an email or give us a call! A final details meeting and venue visit will be arranged in the lead up to your event.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AND WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY BOOKING?

If you change your mind on some of the details of your booking, we will do our absolute best to accommodate these. Any amends or additions to your booking will be dependent on availability of items and terms and conditions of any sub suppliers hired on your behalf.

WHERE DO YOU OPERATE?

We are happy to travel throughout the whole of the UK and are also happy to work overseas to deliver our services.

WHEN WILL YOU SET UP?

If you have opted for our 'Style me Pretty' services and we are dressing your event, we will ideally do set up the day before and complete all finishing touches the morning of. however we understand that this isn't always possible, and if you don't have access to your venue until the day of your event, we will complete all set up in the morning.

WILL YOU BE THERE ON THE DAY OF OUR WEDDING/EVENT?

If you have booked our 'The Works' full planning package or you have opted for one of our 'Coordinated to Perfection' service, then yes, we will be there on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly. If you have booked any of our other services, you can add on an on the day coordination package to put your mind at ease so you can relax and enjoy the day!

DO YOU OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS?

Yes we do... If you're looking for that perfect present for the newly engaged couple, why not get them the gift of planning?! All vouchers can be personalised to a particular service or an amount redeemable against any of our services and will arrive beautifully presented.

DO YOU PLAN CORPORATE EVENTS?

Absolutely! We have lots of experience in planning and executing corporate events and would love to help. We have worked on everything from luxury incentive travel for 30 people right through to large conference, exhibitions and gala dinners for 500+ attendees!

DO YOU DO DESTINATION WEDDINGS & EVENTS?

Yes we do! We would love to chat about your plans and see how we can help make your destination dreams come true!
